CANCELLATION POLICY
Thank you for choosing Salon Nova! I deeply appreciate your trust and support—it means the world to me. To secure your appointment, I require a deposit and a valid payment method on file. If a deposit isn’t received by the end of the day after your request, the time slot will be opened to other clients. Your deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your service at your appointment. Deposit Policy • When you book and pay your deposit, you’re allowed one reschedule for the appointment. A new deposit will be required for additional reschedules. Cancellations & No-Shows I understand that life happens, and plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. • Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the deposit being forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to book a future appointment. • Illness falls under this policy, as last-minute cancellations still impact my schedule. Emergencies will be considered on a case-by-case basis. • No-Shows will forfeit the deposit, and the remaining balance (100%) of the service will still be due. For hourly services, the fee will reflect the hours reserved. Running Late? I completely understand that things don’t always go as planned. If you’re running behind, please reach out to let me know. • Arriving more than 10 minutes late will incur a $10 late fee. • If you’re more than 20 minutes late, I may need to shorten or reschedule your service, which may include a rescheduling fee. Payment Details If insufficient funds arise, any outstanding balances must be cleared before booking future appointments. My Commitment to You I want you to leave Salon Nova feeling confident, beautiful, and cared for. If you’re not fully satisfied with your service, please contact me within seven (7) days for a complimentary correction. After seven days, I cannot offer corrections, and refunds are not provided for completed services. By booking with me, you agree to these terms. I hope you understand that last-minute cancellations or no-shows impact my schedule and livelihood as a professional working one-on-one with clients.
